Whisk Brooms with Sandy Lindblom

Join Sandy Lindblom in creating a Whisk Broom at the Calumet Art Center on Saturday,October 14th, from 11-3. We'll be using broomcorn, what the original strawbrooms were made of. Then we make the broom our own by choosing from a large variety of colored reed and nylon string. Each broom will be a unique, functional piece of art. This class requires some arm and hand strength.
