Sons of Norway

The program will be "The Basics of Cross Country Skiing."  Experienced cross country skiiers will share their knowledge and tips for getting started in cross country skiing.  We'll also discuss strategies to keep motivated and advancing in the sport for maximum enjoyment.  We have a long winter ahead and this national sport in Norway is a healthy, fun way to keep a positive attitude.  So, whether you are a novice skier or more advanced, you are invited to learn and share information about this excellent sport.  Bring something to have with coffee (but not required).  The public is invited to attend.
