Rep. Dianda to Host Presentation with Michigan State Police

HOUGHTON – State Representative Scott Dianda (D-Calumet) will host a presentation with the Michigan State Police Motor Carrier Division on Tuesday, August 30, at the Michigan Tech University Advanced Technology Development Complex, 1402 East Sharon Avenue in Houghton, from 10am-12pm. The Motor Carrier Division is the branch of the MSP that enforces rules and regulations as they pertain to commercial motor vehicles. The Michigan State Police will present information about truck safety and road side inspection as well as perform a Level I inspection and vehicle weigh demonstration. The event is free and open to the public.
