National Get Outdoors Day Quincy Adventure Hike

Meet outside the Quincy Mine Gift Shop (rain or shine) for a special adventure hike led by Ranger Karl through the Quincy Mine surface ruins. Learn about the fiery 1.1 billion year old event that laid the foundation for the Keweenaw Peninsula. Hike will last about 1.5 hours and lead through a historical industrial site. Expect uneven terrain. So wear sturdy shoes, bring water and curiosity! Free of charge and open to the public.
