Michigan Tech Winter Carnival

The 98th Annual Michigan Tech University Winter Carnival feature snow statues, sporting events, fireworks, a torch light parade, stage revenues and the Sno-Ball Dance at the University in Houghton.  Winter Carnival, arguably Tech's most established and successful tradition, organized and produced each year by Blue Key National Honor Society, creates quite the influx of visitors, alumni, and friends, many of which take leave from their jobs to visit Houghton to enjoy the celebration of winter.
